The cross patch is a self-adhesive tape, waterproof, and can stay on the skin until it falls off of its own volition, sometimes this can be up to 3 weeks in duration. When properly utilized, cross patches a form of non-invasive acupressure which is used in conjunction with medical taping and dry needling.
